What does it cost to setup a Pizza Inn restaurant?
- New Franchise: $25,000.00
- Franchise Transfer: $12,500.00
For any applications terminated during the Cooling Off Period, the Administration Expenses are $5000.00.
A fixed ongoing royalty fee charged on a monthly basis, is to cover cost of management, development and support for franchisees, plus 5% of online sales is charged to cover the cost of maintaining the online ordering system.
Currently Pizza Inn operates on a Pay as you Go system. This will be replaced soon by a Marketing Fund which will levy fees at 2% of weekly gross sales for group advertising, marketing and promotional activities.
No, Pizza Inn does not provide financing. However, we will provide information on lending institutions willing to review financing with prospective franchisees.
Ideally you have had previous success in business, supervisory and/or training experience, and have the ability to work well with our organisation, follow the Pizza Inn System and can move forward with the project in a timely manner.

Before opening a restaurant, a franchisee must have undergone introductory training with PIZZA INN. The training combines hands-on operations and one to one information on the PIZZA INN restaurant system.
Yes, after signing the franchise agreement and paying the franchise fee, you will immediately begin receiving assistance from the PIZZA INN training and operations department. Prior to and upon opening, you will receive on-site assistance. Throughout the course of your business operation, you will receive continuous assistance from our operations department. Your assigned franchise business consultant will periodically visit your restaurant for on-site consultation and quality assurance evaluations. Your business consultant is also available at any time for consultation on any business matter you wish to discuss.
